EnerPeel® JR is the go to choice for pigmentation. In very reactive darker skin types, you may revert to EnerPeel® MA, and for those with deeper trapped pigmentation you may need to escalate up to EnerPeel® PA or TCA, but your first choice for all others should be EnerPeel®JR. These peels synergise with the SkinMed® TripleLock® Pigmentation products creating Pigmentation Protocol, and is based on removing the inflammatory stimulus, normalising melanin production, and creating a stable healthy skin environment into the future
EnerPeel® PA reduces fixed and trapped pigment and also slows down pigment production and is especially useful in lighter and moderate skin types. Caution should be observed in darker skin types as the power of EnerPeel® PA could trigger increased pigment production. So, it is a balancing act, but combined with TripleLock® products on pigmentation completes the pigmentation protocol, and is based on removing the inflammatory stimulus, normalising melanin production, and creating a healthy skin environment.
EnerPeel® MA extended exposure has a long-acting impact on melanin levels but with minimal stimulation of increased melanin production. This combined with SkinMed® TripleLock® on Pigmentation completes the pigmentation protocol, which removes the inflammatory stimulus, normalises melanin production and creates a stable healthy skin environment into the future. Combine this with dermal needling post peel neutralisation to target deeper pigmentation especially in darker skin types. Ensure you have utilised the TripleLock® pigmentation products to gain control of melanocytes before attempting to disrupt fixed and trapped pigmentation.
SkinMed® EnerPeel® EL/EL PLUS contain a number of ingredients to modify pigment production and to break down trapped and fixed pigmentation. These combine with SkinMed® TripleLock® on Pigmentation which reducing the inflammatory stimulus, normalising melanin production, and creating a healthy skin environment into the future.
EnerPeel® TCA reduces fixed and trapped pigment and also slows down pigment production and is especially useful in lighter and moderate skin types. Caution should be observed in darker skin types as the power of EnerPeel® TCA could trigger increased pigment production. So, it is a balancing act, but combined with TripleLock® products on pigmentation completes the pigmentation protocol, and is based on removing the inflammatory stimulus, normalising melanin production, and creating a healthy skin environment.

“Our clients who use it come back for more… a results-driven product, another winner from Tebiskin®”
Yes. The key ingredients change the skin to directly target the key melanin (pigment) making process but without damaging long term the skins ability to make pigment. One should be wary of other products containing hydroquinone and hydroquinone releasing ingredients such as bearberry and arbutin containing creams.
Tebiskin® LC utilises 4 ingredients synergistically. Each ingredient can work on its own to reduce pigment production and each works on a different stage of the pigment manufacturing process. The 4 ingredients together combine to give a result as good as a 4% hydroquinone cream but without the associated risks being reported with hydroquinone cream related to cancer.
Tebiskin® LC is designed for pigmentation types whether it is sun damage, sun spots, age spots, melasma, or pregnancy mask. However different pigmentations can have different features and causes and one may need to vary their treatment programme.
No, absolutely not. SkinMed®’s products are safe to use for all skin types and will not harm your health or your skin – there are no associated side effects with these products.
Tebiskin® LC is a highly effective pigmentation treatment and works in over 75% of those who use it, and works for the long term. 25% get complete resolution and can stop using once the pigmentation has gone. 25% it will reduce almost completely and one can stop usage and it will remain almost clear (clear so no-one else would notice) and in 25% of people it reduces it effectively but if one stops using Tebiskin® LC or UV LC it will come back and so a maintenance dose is needed to keep the area clear
We have found adding in other things like mild exfoliating cleansers and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) containing products can improve results further. Lastly, for resistant pigmentation, we use clinic treatments for difficult situations.
We have no data to support usage or not, and so it is not recommended. Salicylic containing products are not recommended in pregnancy.
